Welcome to My ePortfolio

My name is Jamerria Coleman, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Marketing Management at American Public University System. This ePortfolio represents my academic journey, professional development, and the knowledge and skills I have gained throughout my program. 

Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong foundation in real estate communication, property management, negotiation strategies, and real estate law. These courses have prepared me to effectively communicate with clients, manage properties, and understand the legal and financial aspects of the real estate industry. My educational experience has strengthened my ability to think critically, solve problems, and apply business concepts in real-world situations. 

In addition to my academic background, my experience serving in the United States Army has helped me build discipline, leadership, and strong organization skills. These qualities have played a significant role in my personal and professional growth and continue to guide me as I transition into a civilian career, 

My career goal is to pursue a position in property management where I can apply my education, leadership experience, and passion for real estate to support business operations and provide quality service to clients and tenants. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development as I work toward becoming a successful professional in the real estate industry.
